Added new fluent API. Refactored assertion machinery into a shared core. Added Should.Fluent.UnitTests. NOTE: Should.Fluent is a port of ShouldIt. ShouldIt uses an interface IAssertProvider to abstract assertions. Implemented that. TBD whether to keep that abstraction.
